By participating in our events, attendees grant the organizer permission to take photographs and record videos during the event. These recordings may be used and published by the organizer in relation to the event for purposes including, but not limited to, public relations, marketing, and documentation. This permission extends to both analog and digital forms of use and publication.
Under German legislation, there is no obligation for event organizers to issue refunds for tickets if the event proceeds as scheduled and the decision not to attend is made by the ticket holder. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB)
